FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

Effective Date:  21.02.2024

The following section applies only to California residents.

1) DATA COLLECTION

The categories of personal data we collected in the previous 12 months and the sources of that data are described in the ‘DATA WE COLLECT’ section of the global privacy policy.

2) DATA USE

The business or commercial purposes for collecting your personal data are described in the ‘WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA’ section of the global privacy policy.

3) DISCLOSURE OR SALE OF DATA

We do not “sell” your personal data to third parties in the way people generally understand that term. However, we may share your cookie information and advertising identifiers with third-party advertising platforms to serve interest-based ads, attribute installs, and optimize campaign performance. To the extent the Application is considered a “sale” under the CCPA, you may opt-out of such sharing by following the steps described in the partner-opt-out section of the global privacy policy.

Because the term “sale” of personal data of children under 16 does not occur as defined under the CCPA, we do not have precise information on the sale of personal data of children under 16.
