GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

GVKY is an acronym for “General Data Protection Regulation”. It stands for the General Data Protection Regulation. The GDPR is a data protection law that applies to all companies operating within the European Union.

If you want to exercise your data rights associated with the GDPR, select one of the following:
* Request for a copy of your personal data in electronic format
* Request for deletion of your personal data

REQUEST OF PERSONAL DATA

We will share a copy of your personal data with you in electronic format upon your request.

Steps are as follows:
*The account whose data you want to retrieve must be linked to the MOOXER  ID.

*Then we will send the data to the email address associated with this MOOXER  ID.

We can only send data to the email address associated with the MOOXER  ID to which your game account is linked.

If you subsequently request further copies of your data, we may charge a reasonable fee based on our administrative costs.

NOTE: You will need a computer to view the personal information we will send you.

REQUEST FOR DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

You can request that we delete all information we have collected about your game account.
Full fulfillment of this request will require permanent closure and deletion of the game account. You will lose all in-game currency and progress you have made in the game, with or without payment.
